Lemon chiffon cake

This cake is surprisingly light, fresh and summery. This is a light and airy four layer lemon chiffon cake. It is filled with fresh lemon curd and lemon buttercream frosting. We topped this one with fresh raspberries but the possibilities are endless with such great berries available during the summer.

Open For Business

3 boys kitchen is now open for business!

 This has been a dream of mine for quite some time. I love to cook and bake. I have often dreamt of opening a bakery but the idea of waking up at 2 am everyday doesn't really appeal to me. Unless it is to feed a new baby, and even then it is a stretch to say that it sounds good to me.

After some debate and lots of thought, I am proud to say that 3 boys kitchen is open and taking orders.
